Position Summary

Client is seeking professional results-oriented Outreach Brand Ambassadors to support a field-based AI data collection campaign.
This role is responsible for executing community outreach initiatives promoting participation in an AI development project and recruiting qualified participants. The position blends brand representation campaign execution and structured data recruitment support.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills experience in outreach or promotional activities and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Execute field outreach campaigns to promote participation in clients AI tool development project
Distribute approved marketing materials including flyers and promotional content
Educate potential participants about project objectives participation requirements and compensation structure
Drive participant enrollment and ensure accurate registration documentation
Maintain daily tracking of outreach activities and participant acquisition metrics
Provide timely reporting and feedback to the Lead Recruiting Program Manager
Represent client professionally in all public-facing interactions
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and data collection standards.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college students or recent graduates encouraged to apply)
1 year experience in brand promotion field marketing sales recruiting community outreach or similar public-facing roles
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable initiating conversations with new individuals in public settings
Ability to travel locally to assigned outreach sites and events
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Basic proficiency with social media platforms and mobile applications
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to onsite events

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting data collection or market research initiatives
Background in campaign-based recruitment or enrollment projects
Familiarity with incentive-based participation programs
Experience working with structured reporting or activity tracking systems
