Position: Senior Systems Analyst Frontier (Account Reconciliation System)

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Analyze complex manual business processes and convert them into standardized automated system solutions.
Gather review analyze and map business system processes and user requirements.
Propose and implement new business processes procedures and system improvements.
Create and execute test scripts to validate that system requirements are met.
Document processes and train users on new procedures and systems.
Work at both high-level conceptual design and detailed process levels.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and project teams to align business needs.
Manage multiple small projects and ensure completion within timelines.
Develop user documentation policies and procedures related to application systems.
Communicate concepts effectively through written verbal and presentation formats.
Apply creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
Work closely with functional teams to ensure requirements are fully captured and delivered.
Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Business Process Analysis
Systems Analysis
Application/System Support
Domain Knowledge
Experience in Accounting / Finance processes
Preferably Banking or Financial Services domain
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Account Reconciliation principles
Basic SQL skills
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
