Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Absence / OTL / Payroll)

Location: Remote

Type: Contract/Fulltime with HYR

Overview:
Seeking a techno-functional Oracle HCM consultant with strong expertise in Absence Management and Time & Labor (OTL) along with support-level Payroll experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and support Absence Management (plans accruals eligibility)
Configure Oracle Time & Labor (time entry rules approvals)
Provide production support across Absence OTL and Payroll
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas
Handle data loads and integrations using HDL and HCM Extracts
Work with business users for requirements and design sessions
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and deployments
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues

Requirements:

Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Absence Management (must-have)
Hands-on experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll (support level)
Strong experience with Fast Formulas (must-have)
Experience with HDL and HCM Extracts
Experience in production support and issue resolution
Ability to work with business stakeholders directly
Integration experience with third-party systems
