Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Case Management to lead and oversee departmental operations. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care while maintaining financial performance regulatory compliance and staff development.

The Director will manage resources implement process improvements and collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Case Management department
Ensure delivery of patient-centered high-quality care
Manage departmental resources budgets and performance metrics
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements
Develop mentor and evaluate staff to maintain high performance
Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental communication
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational success

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing (BSN or MSN required)
Masters in Management or related field (preferred)

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in nursing or related healthcare field
Prior experience in Case Management strongly preferred
Leadership/management experience required

Licensure/Certifications:

Active RN license (New Mexico or compact state)
BLS certification required
Case Management certification (preferred)

Additional Information

Full-time onsite role
May require flexibility for weekends holidays or extended shifts based on operational needs
