Job Summary

Job Title:Data Migration Engineer
Location: Washington DC( On-Site)
Long Term Project

Plans and executes the migration of historical data knowledge articles and asset records from CA Service Desk spreadsheets and other legacy sources into ServiceNow ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance.

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
Experience:Senior: 5 years data migration experience; experience with ServiceNow import sets Transform Maps and data normalization; familiarity with CA Service Desk data structures strongly preferred.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA; data engineering or ETL certification (e.g. Informatica Talend) a plus.
Clearance / Other: Must pass Client background check; ability to work on-site at 300 7th St SW Alexandria and Hyattsville as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain Program Management Plan integrated schedule and risk register
Facilitate sprint planning stakeholder reviews and executive status briefings
Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships; coordinate change control board submissions
Oversee UAT planning go-live readiness and project closeout reporting
Ensure all deliverables meet WMATA SDLC cybersecurity and quality standards
