Role: SAP CPI HRIS Integrations Engineer
Location: 100% Remote USA & Canada (Candidates from MST Time-Zone are highly preferred)

Start Date: ASAP
Purpose of the Position: Design develop and deploy complex SAP HRIS integrations on SAP CPI including iFlows Groovy scripting Payroll ABAP point to point (BADI) extensions and adapter configurations to deliver reliable secure and scalable enterprise integrations. Ensure production stability through proactive monitoring debugging and performance tuning; own end to end integration quality via documentation testing and best practice enforcement.
Key Result Areas and Activities:
- Develop and Implement SAP Integrations: Design develop and deploy complex integration solutions using SAP CPI including iFlows Groovy scripts Payroll ABAP development Point to Point integration BADI s and adapter configurations. (50% on design and enhancements)
- Troubleshoot and Debug Integration Issues: Analyze and resolve integration errors performance bottlenecks and other technical issues. (50% on production support monitoring L2 support)
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business analysts architects and other developers to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful integration deployments.
- Document Integration Solutions: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications configuration guides and troubleshooting procedures.
- Perform Unit and Integration Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions.
- Monitor and Maintain Integrations: Monitor integration performance identify and address potential issues and ensure the ongoing stability of the integration landscape.
- Implement Best Practices: Adhere to coding standards development methodologies and security guidelines.
Work and Technical Experience:
Must-Have:
- Hands on expertise with SAP CPI: iFlows Groovy scripting adapter configuration error handling and deployment lifecycle.
- Experience with HRIS Payroll ABAP development and point to point integration BADI extensions.
- Point to Point replication - HRIS replication experience
- Proven track record of debugging complex integration issues and improving performance in enterprise environments.
- MST time zone availability
Good-to-have:
- CI/CD for integrations (e.g. transport governance version control) integration observability practices and secure credentials management.
- Familiarity with common HR/Payroll data flows and downstream consumers (analytics finance compliance).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/IT or equivalent experience.
- 5-8 yrs. Experience
- SAP CPI and/or SAP Integration Suite certifications preferred
- ABAP certification or equivalent hands on expertise a plus.
