We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our Group Technology Engineering this role you will be responsible for leading the design implementation and management of cloud infrastructure platform engineering networking and internal services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of new features and services while providing technical leadership and supervision to our engineering team.Key Responsibilities
- Tech Relationship Management:Manage internal customer relationships including interactions with technical project and engineering resources within LBUs.
- Drive Tech Delivery and Adoption:Drive the delivery and adoption of services and coordinate releases ensuring all projects are completed on time within scope and in collaboration with customers.
- Hands-On Delivery and Roadmap Development:Be hands-on in designing and implementing roadmaps for cloud infrastructure platform engineering networking and internal services initiatives.
- Team Leadership and Support:Supervise and support the engineering team in customer engagements acting as a servant leader to ensure their success and professional development.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and the seamless integration of new technologies.
- Drive Advise and Govern Processes: Lead the implementation and adherence to company processes provide guidance and advice on best practices and procedures and oversee team compliance to ensure all activities align with organizational standards and protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a project management role within a technical environment with a focus on cloud infrastructure platform engineering networking and internal services.
- Strong technical background in public clouds (Azure GCP) on-premises infrastructure network projects automation and platform development.
- Experience managing compute services including VMs Kubernetes and cloud functions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate releases and manage service delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
