Job Summary

LPN Medical Surgical / Telemetry (MS/Tele)

Location: Rochester NY
Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay: $1307.50/week (Negotiable)

Shift:
Night Shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is looking for an experienced LPN to work in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit. The role includes providing direct patient care monitoring telemetry administering medications and supporting RN-led care in an acute setting.

Responsibilities:

Monitor vital signs and patient status
Administer medications (oral IM SQ etc.)
Assist with telemetry and EKGs
Perform wound care and manage drains
Support catheter care and specimen collection
Maintain accurate documentation (EPIC)

Requirements:

Active NY LPN License (Required)
BLS Certification
2 years acute care experience
EPIC experience required
