Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicatedHomecare PT with Kinnser experience to provide exceptional care to patients in Auburn Hills and the surrounding areas. Responsibilities
- Provide home-based physical therapy services using Kinnser software for documentation and scheduling.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

- Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards for patient care and documentation.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state certification.
- Previous experience using Kinnser software is required.
- Ability to travel to patient homes in Auburn Hills and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
