The Role
- Assist and oversee the preparation cooking and presentation of our breakfast lunch and dinner buffet for school camps and sporting groups
- Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
- Ensure the safe production of a quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided
The Person
- Previous experience within a similar capacity gained within function environments or bulk cooking for numbers up to 50-300
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Able to work on your own and think on your feet when needed.
- Willing to be part of the team and contribute to daily workplace requirements
- Ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour - always!
- Experience as a qualified chef
- Minimum of Certificate III Commercial Cookery
- Current WWCC
- Availability to work evenings weekends and public holidays when required (penalties applied)
