Architectural Project Manager Multifamily

Position Overview
The Architectural Project Manager will lead the design and execution of multifamily residential projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for managing project teams coordinating with clients and consultants and ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The position blends design oversight project management and client engagement within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation
Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects designers and engineers through all project phases
Serve as the primary client contact providing updates and ensuring alignment with project goals
Ensure compliance with building codes zoning regulations and applicable standards
Manage project budgets and identify opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality
Implement quality control processes across design and documentation phases
Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule budget and deliverables
Coordinate with construction teams to support project execution and resolve field-related issues
Oversee project documentation and ensure consistency across all deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field
Registered Architect (RA) required
Minimum 10 years of experience in architectural design and project management
Experience managing multifamily residential projects
Strong knowledge of building codes zoning regulations and construction processes
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management and design software (e.g. Revit)
