Call center and/or automotive knowledge is helpful butnot required. What is required is a positive upbeat and competitive attitude. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department poised for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries un-sold traffic lease renewals etc.
- Answerincoming phone calls according to a proven scriptand schedule sales appointments
- Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
- Maintain accurate records and update customer changes in our database
- Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives and proactive campaigns
Job Requirements
- Confident friendly and professional phone manner
- Upbeat positive and competitive personality
- Strong computer and Internet skills
- Call center collections inside sales experience is a plus
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment background check
This is a full-time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules.
