Role Overview

OurAccountDelivery Leadsownanddrivecustomer responsible fortherelentless pursuit of customer value creation accountfinancial performance and growthprogramroadmapsandon time delivery of high-qualitywork product.

Accountable for the P&L ofyour account(s) youwillpartner with customerexecutivestobuild relationshipscreate a sharedvision for the partnership a clear roadmap of programs that deliver impactful businessresultsandmoves our customers towardthatsharedvisionwhile drivingrevenue for N1 Health.

You willleada team ofdedicatedAccount Consultants and Data Scientists in thedelivery of high-quality workproductthat leads to clear value creationfor team will partner with the customer toexplore the dataidentifyopportunities to improvetheir memberand /or you and your team will advocate on behalf of your customer ensuring that the N1 Healthtechnologyplatformand servicescontinuously improve and evolve to meet the changing needs of your customer and the industry more broadly.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the account P&L delivering against revenue growthand margin targets

  • Deeply engage with customers to understandtheirbusiness model and operations

  • Collaborate with the customerexecutivesponsor and other champions to createand manage against asharedaccount vision and roadmap that drives clear customerbusiness resultsand value

  • Develop andmaintainhealthy executive customer relationships ensuringthe sharedvision and roadmap is relevant impactfulimplementedandleads togrowth

  • Partner with customerexecutive sponsors to drive change management activities as you lead the implementation ofthe shared vision and roadmap

  • Leadyour teamin thetimelydelivery ofhigh-qualitywork product thatdrivescustomer businessresultsandcreatesattributablebusiness value

  • As circumstanceswarrant roll-up your sleeves and work side-by-side with the team actively contributingto the creation ofdeliverables such asstatements of work project plans staffing models governance materials and solution design artifacts

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to your team providingactionable feedback that improves customer interactions deliverable quality andexecutionfundamentals

  • Present the results of our work and our recommendations to drive businessresultsto audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives

  • Ensure that theN1 Health technology platformand services aremeeting customer needs andleading toconcrete impact on their operations

Qualifications

  • A track recordofsuccessfullydriving revenue growthwith customer accounts ideally withhealthcare payers

  • Experience building client relationshipsto grow the business and drive change managementrelated to large scale complex data programs

  • A track recordofdeveloping and leading against a strategic account planand roadmap of customer programs

  • Experience leading teamsin the execution ofcomplex technology-basedprogramsfor customersthat led toclear customer results and a strong / defensible ROI

  • Ability to workthroughambiguityinahigh-pressureenvironment

  • Strongquantitativeand qualitative analytics skills able toidentifyproblemsandframe solutions into executable plans

  • Experience presenting compelling data-drivenstoriesto executive-level business stakeholdersor to team/project leadership

  • Adaptive and introspectivemindset; willing to learn teachleadand follow

  • Strong business writing presentation and Excel based financial modeling skillsarerequired

  • A BA / BS degree and 7- 10years of experience buildingcustomerrelationships growing revenueand leading customer facing delivery teams in a high pace setting isrequired

$130000 - $210000 a year
