Job Summary
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Understands and responds to internal guests in a friendly respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by departments service standards or as required by receiver of service or a team player cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company co-workers and guests.
Responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance removal of debris from the external grounds area of property to include but not limited to docks garages walks rooftops parking lots etc. Operates necessary tools and equipment (including heavy sit-on equipment such as street sweepers) to accomplish same. Performs casual labor or emergency functions at employers discretion. Delivers supplies and materials as requested. Drives company vehicles and participates in the removal of snow on the property. Keeps Lead informed of inventory on all materials and equipment needed to perform job duties Completes special assignments for management as requested. Assist with Apprentice training.
$22.25 Per Hour
Qualifications
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalency certificate. Requires a minimum of one-year general work experience in ground maintenance area.Must have a valid New Jersey drivers license. Requires a safe driving record having less than 6 points on an individuals driving record.
