Job Summary

LCRA has is looking for an upbeat passionate and hard-working Associate Engineer in the Substation Engineering Electrical design group. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on critical infrastructure projects that greatly influence the community. As a key contributor on our team you will assist the physical design of substations ensuring flawless execution and alignment to industry standards. You will have a unique opportunity to be involved in the whole lifecycle of substation design projects from planning and conceptual design to detailed design construction and operations and maintenance. Your expertise will be crucial in developing substation design grounding shielding and following IEEE NESC RUS and other industry substation design standards and guidelines. You will be trusted to: -Provides engineering designs work for substation engineering projects for new and existing installations applying standard designs department procedures and engineering standard methodologies. |
You qualify with: - Bachelors degree in engineering engineering technology engineering physics biosystems engineering mathematical science physical science or related science plus one or more years of post-Bachelors engineering experience relating to the area of engineering specialization required to perform the job. You are a great fit with: -A bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related field. |
