Job Summary
Aufgabengebiet:
- Aufrechterhaltung des 5-S-Standards
- Einhaltung wirtschaftlicher Vorgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung der Mitarbeiter des Einkaufs
- Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen nach Vorgaben bzw. Bedarfen
- Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung relevanter KPIs des Einkaufs
- Planung und Steuerung des BBW-Einkaufs in Zusammenarbeit und nach Vorgaben externer Konzernbereichen
- Sicherstellen des effizienten Einsatzes und Nutzung der E-Procurement-Systeme und Einkaufssoftware
- Optimierung der Einkaufsprozesse und Einhaltung der geltenden SBD-Richtlinien und Policies
- Einkaufscontrolling und Umsetzung von Anforderungen an Einkaufskonditionen von internen Schnittstellen
- Suche nach neuen Lieferanten und kostengünstigen Alternativen
- Konzeption von Beschaffungs- und Lieferstrategien / Umsetzung von Konzernvorgaben für preferred supplier solutions
- Mitwirkung bei der Erarbeitung DV-gestützter Lösungen
- Entscheidungsvorbereitung zur Hardware- und Softwarebeschaffung
- IT Infrastruktur Koordination
Anforderungsprofil:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung Schwerpunkt Einkauf oder vergleichbares betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium
- mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf eines Industriebetriebes mit Konzernzugehörigkeit in Verbindung mit Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit ERP-System vorzugsweise SAP
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen
- sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift) in deutscher und englischer Sprache
- Bewusstsein für ISO
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und lösungsfokussierter Herangehensweise
- Kommunikationsstärke und teamorientiertes Arbeiten
