Civil Engineer
Location: Thrissur / Kochi
CTC: Up to 15 LPA
Experience: 10–15 Years in High Rise building experience

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage site execution and billing activities. The role involves overseeing construction progress ensuring quality and compliance and handling end-to-end billing and financial coordination for projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with site engineers contractors vendors and clients
Conduct site visits and jointly verify completed work quantities
Maintain site registers and prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports
Prepare and process RA bills advance bills final bills and subcontractor/vendor invoices
Verify quantities and perform material reconciliation to ensure accurate billing

Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualification: in Civil Engineering or above
Experience: 10–15 years in construction/site execution & billing
Core Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction management estimation & quality control
Expertise in BOQ rate analysis and billing processes
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and contracts
Experience in measurement costing and reconciliation
