Job Summary
Position: Static Design Engineer
Location: Vadodara
Qualification:B.E/ B .Tech Mechanical
Experience: 5 years of experience in in static equipment design
Salary : Upto 6.5Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop static equipment such as pressure vessels heat exchangers columns storage tanks and reactors
* Perform mechanical calculations and review of finite element analysis (FEA) for stress analysis fatigue buckling and other integrity checks.
* Prepare technical specifications data sheets material requisitions design reports UDS & Material Technical Delivery Condition (TDC).
* Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (e.g. ASME API TEMA PED ISO).
* Strong knowledge of engineering software such as PV Elite Compress NozzlePRO ANSYS SolidWorks or equivalent.
* In-depth understanding of static equipment fabrication and inspection requirements.
* Experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) projects.
* Knowledge of 3D modeling and drafting tools such as AutoCAD Navisworks.
