We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:
• Work closely with local business and IT teams on various projects and support items coordinate among local business/IT and regional delivery teams
• Engage and manage relationships with senior stakeholders for assigned deliverables / projects.
• Manage the project progress status budget and schedule risk and issue.
• Provide project dashboard to senior management.
• For Scrum Master adhere to Agile process to drive the development team on the development tasks progress and update.
• Working with the Technology team business and architecture stakeholder to drive improvements in engineering solutions leveraging the technology stack/tooling that is fit for purpose and is viable from budgetary and functional standpoint
• Drive and Lead the teams contributions to various communities of practice with the service line department and organization thus contribute towards the collaborative knowledge in engineering excellence.
• Enforcing development design and testing process discipline and improvements in areas of expertise such as disciplined agile software delivery production support processes and continuous DevOps pipelines development.
• Ensuring that all Technology practices and associated tools are being adopted and adhered to within the Programme / Project.
• Manage the development and promotion of the technology portfolio and project management practices.
• Ensuring adherence to standard controls and driving teams to achieve compliance and framework capability management Security controls and technology architecture designs.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering.
• 8 years project management skills and experience in managing IT projects drive projects delivery.
• Experience in in using Agile and Dev Ops practices.
• Expertise and experience in of Stakeholder management across the business Architecture Infrastructure Enterprise architecture and IT
• Experience in IT Development Project Management as well as Agile methodology and DevOps
• Experience in ITSA process EHC process.
• Experience in cloud technology is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; experience of working with diverse teams
