1Provide Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS) information management support within the Technology Projects & Execution (TPE) Health Safety Environment (HSE) Technical Execution Centre (TEC) organization. Ensure compliance with document retention standards and requirements. Drive improvements in document archive consistency and simplification of document libraries.SharePoint and website clean-up and migration.
Document and site decommissioning and archiving
Manage metadata and correct naming conventions
Coordinate with TEC OEMS Specialist (OEIM) to ensure alignment of OEMS documentation
Coordinate with cross functional teams to understand needs and gain alignment
Updating and validating the OE/HSE Portal
Resolving customer issues and planning necessary site changes.
Responsible for maintaining IRM requirements overseeing migration and maintenance of IAM Portal-Azure directory for internal and external file access.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Management Engineering or related field.
3 years of experience in information management document control
Strong knowledge of management system frameworks data governance principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Chevron OE governance and OEMS digital platforms.
Ability to lead process improvements and influence stakeholders effectively.
Strong collaboration and mentoring skills within engineering and HSE teams.
Proficiency in SharePoint dashboards and other document management systems.
