This is a highly visible role at Teliaone that will influence critical decisions guide strategic priorities and accelerate our transition into a technology and AIdriven future.

Whatyoulldo:

As Head of the Technology Strategy Unit you will lead Telias integrated technology strategy agendafor the Group whilstcollaborating across IT Networks Products Group functions and local markets.You will build and lead a team of technology strategists to drive long-term planning AI deployment and exploration of emerging technologiesand serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CTIO and Executive Leadership Team.

• Lead develop and execute the Integrated TechnologyStrategy Agenda across domains.

• Translate technology trends into actionable strategic prioritiesforthe Group.

• Provide insights recommendations and long-term planning to the CTIO and executive leadership.

• Lead the company-wide AI deployment agenda andidentifyAI-driven opportunities.

• Partner with business units to scale AI solutions across Telia.

• Assess and elevate emerging technologies with potential business and operational impact.

• Drive Telias Innovation Agendafrom exploration to experimentation to scaling.

• Build lead and develop a team of approximatelyfive technology strategists and innovation experts.

• Foster a culture of strategic thinking crossfunctional collaboration and forwardlooking innovation.

• RepresentTechnologyStrategy in strategic forums and governance bodies.

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Extensive experience in technology strategy digital transformation or senior tech leadership; telecom experience is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies use cases and value drivers.

• Experience working across multiple technology domains (IT Networks Products)andin large complex multi-market organizations

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

• Demonstrated ability toinfluencesenior levelstakeholdersand drive cross-company alignment.

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.

• A passion for innovation emerging technologies and shaping the future.

• Peopleleadership experience

• Fluency in English
