Your future duties and responsibilities:

You will help people and make a positive impact by bringing a human touch to the relationship between clients and the company acting as a trusted advisor.
In a typical day you will:

-Provide phone support to clients regarding the use of the payroll application and its addon modules
-Guide clients on payroll legislation and regulatory requirements
-Ensure followup and resolution of client cases in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs)
-Identify and document issues encountered to support continuous improvement
-Communicate with clients in your portfolio to collect payroll data
-Produce payroll according to client expectations and applicable legislation
-Plan and organize your workload to meet service levels and client expectations
-Provide occasional support to clients during payroll data entry

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

You will use our payroll solutions to assist our clients online or by phone.

-Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or college diploma in administration accounting human resources or any other relevant combination of education and experience
-Two years of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
-Customerserviceoriented approach and strong problemsolving skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Internet browsers
-Knowledge of payroll systems (experience with the Nethris application is an asset)
-Training Understanding Online Payroll Principles from Ahuntsic College or S.C.P. certification from the National Payroll Institute (NPI) is an asset
