Body Shop Advisor- Customer Service Representative

What youll do:

  • Greet customers complete checkins review vehicle damage and explain repair needs and processes.
  • Provide consistent status updates review completed repairs for satisfaction and answer general customer questions.
  • Guide customers on required documentation for insurancerelated appointments.
  • Schedule estimate and repair appointments and assist in setting up insurancerelated repair visits.
  • Identify basic exterior vehicle panels take photos and help prepare light visual estimates.
  • Coordinate estimate approvals and review/adjust insurancelocked estimates within the system.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters to arrange or extend rental vehicles.
  • Send necessary documentation for supplemental payments and request issued supplements from insurance providers.
