Job Summary

Safety Professional required for Kildare / Renewable Power Project

Site safety management and management of contractors.
Championing Health & Safety and Health & Safety culture.
Ongoing communication with Project leaders and vendors.
Toolbox Talks.
Rick Assessment Method Statement (RAMS)
Documentation completed to identify the steps to be undertaken to carry out a specific activity or task in a safe manner.
Develop and maintain company EHS standards policies systems and programs applicable to our projects.
Drive and lead site EHS functions to align with corporate goals and develop programs and continuous improvement efforts.
EHS leadership and direction for management professional technical and support staff across the site.
Ensure systems are in place to enable site to operate in legal and ethical compliance with regard to EHS issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidates must;

Relevant Health and Safety third level qualification.
Minimum of 1 year experience
Experience and knowledge of the construction sector
Team environment experience.
Have experience working closely with the HSA to ensure compliance across all projects
Experience or understanding of working with ISO45001
A passion for Health & Safety
Electrical background and understanding an advantage.

The successful candidate may be selected for ongoing Health & Safety positions nationally going forward.
