Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory effectively including stock replenishment cycle counts and audits.
- Ensure store cleanliness product availability and attractive product displays.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries complaints and returns promptly.
- Drive sales conversion rates by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Lead train and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Manage staff scheduling attendance tracking and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge service standards and sales techniques.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports MIS reports and inventory updates.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies SOPs and retail regulatory standards.
- Act as a key point of contact for coordination with regional managers and head office.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (Retail Management Fashion Management or related field preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in retail store management with a focus on fashion or apparel retail.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
- Strong leadership and team development skills with experience in staff training and motivation.
- Expertise in visual merchandising and maintaining brand-consistent store presentation.
- Proficient in inventory management and stock control processes.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems and retail management software..
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Retail Management Fashion Management or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing high-traffic retail outlets within the fashion or apparel sector.
- Experience with retail compliance frameworks and operational audits.
- Familiarity with digital reporting tools and MIS platforms.
