We are seeking a skilled Geometry Lead to manage and drive all geometry-related activities within a vehicle development project. This role involves leading a team of geometrists ensuring vehicle geometric convergence and acting as the primary interface with the client for all geometry topics.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality geometric performance ensuring compliance with perceived quality targets and supporting overall vehicle integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of geometrists
Act as the main point of contact for the client on all geometry-related matters
Ensure achievement of perceived quality objectives (fit & finish gaps and flushness)
Drive and validate Best Fit vehicle targets and geometric convergence
Monitor and ensure compliance with geometry KPIs for the assigned scope
Report project status and client formalization related to geometry performance
Oversee and coordinate all MAPEX-related activities within the project
Contribute to cross-functional alignment with engineering teams (body exterior interior manufacturing etc.)

Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of vehicle geometry tolerancing and dimensional management
Experience with gap & flush perceived quality and Best Fit methodologies
Familiarity with automotive development processes and vehicle integration
Experience with CAD tools (e.g. CATIA V5/V6) and geometry analysis tools
Knowledge of MAPEX or similar geometry management processes is a plus
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment
