Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Mack Sales & Service is seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Entry Technician to join our administrative team. This is a fully remote position designed for individuals who excel at managing technical data sets and ensuring the integrity of digital records. You will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy of our databases to support our ongoing sales and service operations.

Key Responsibilities

Input and process technical data into company-specific databases and CRM systems.
Review source documentation to resolve discrepancies and ensure all entries meet company standards.
Perform routine data cleansing and audits to maintain high-quality information systems.
Troubleshoot minor data entry errors and collaborate with the IT team when necessary.
Coordinate with various departments in a remote environment to ensure timely data synchronization.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all data security protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Entry Technician Clerk or in a similar technical administrative role.
Exceptional typing speed and high-level accuracy with alphanumeric data.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets and database management tools.
Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote capacity.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
High school diploma required; Associates degree in a related field or technical certification is preferred.
