Lead / Senior Software Engineer Digital Assets & Tokenisation

Location:Singapore

The business brings together deep expertise across banking trading and digital asset security to create a secure and scalable ecosystem thats driving institutional adoption globally.

Backed by major strategic investors and operating across London Singapore and the USA theyre now looking to hire aLead / Senior Software Engineerto play a key role in designing and delivering the technology behind their institutional tokenisation platforms.

The Role

Youll be responsible for designing and engineering the core products data structures and integrations that underpin the firms digital asset infrastructure. This includes building highly available secure and scalable systems as well as contributing to architectural decisions and leading by example within the development team.

Youll work closely with teams across product infrastructure and operations to deliver solutions that reduce friction cost and latency across institutional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build and maintain enterprise-grade web applications and services
• Develop integrations with exchanges L1/L2 blockchains financial intermediaries and data feeds
• Support production systems including Azure-based cloud infrastructure and live monitoring
• Contribute to secure coding standards and best practices
• Drive project planning analysis and delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership to other engineers

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline
• Strong proficiency inJava (Spring framework)
• Solid understanding ofblockchain and cryptocurrency technologies particularly wallets and public chains
• Experience developingenterprise web applications
• Familiarity withcloud platforms(Azure preferred) and version control (GitHub)
• Commitment to secure coding and scalable system design

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience withTypeScript / JavaScript ( React)orPython
• Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesKubernetes andGitOps
• Background intraditional financeordigital asset markets(staking DeFi ZK-rollups etc.)
• Leadership experience within an Agile / Scrum environment
