We have an exciting opportunity for a talent who is dedicated with experience on client serving and account management to join our team in Hong Kong as Assistant Manager Client Management (Trade Marketing).
As anAssistant Manager Client Management you take full accountability of the assigned key accounts to develop and execute trade marketing plans with monitoring budget and sales forecast. Apart from pricing strategy planning you will work closely with sales team on the implementation of trade marketing strategic plan to achieve sales target.
General Responsibilities
- Lead trade marketing plan development and execution as well as promotion evaluation for assigned customers and specific channels
- Plan & track trade marketing performance by reviewing budgets and promotion evaluation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and expansion
- Collaborate with sales supply chain and other functional teams to maximize the synergy amongst marketing plan and stock availabilities
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Degree in Marketing/Business Management or a related discipline with at least 3-5 years experience in trade marketing / retail sales managementrole preferably in FMCG industry
- Knowledge and understanding of the business and industry especially product categories and channels
- Proven capabilities in marketing planning market research and demand forecasting as well as a sound understanding of customer needs and client marketing needs
- Strong business acumen analytical and business analysis skills
- Ambitious assertiveness self-motivated and result oriented with strong interpersonal presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager
