Job Summary
Position: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Ocala FL 34474

Shifts Available:
Days (Rotating Weekends)
Nights (Rotating Weekends)
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$32/hr (Entry Level)
$40/hr (Mid-Level 8 years)
Up to $48/hr (17 years experience)
Shift Differentials:
Nights: $4.25/hr
Weekends: $3/hr
Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a critical care environment. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver individualized care and ensure optimal patient outcomes. This role requires strong clinical judgment critical thinking and the ability to manage high-acuity patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in the ICU in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor patient conditions.
Implement physician orders and nursing interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses treatment plans medications and discharge care.
Communicate complex medical information in an understandable manner.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
Advocate for patient safety and maintain a compassionate care environment.
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (within the last 3 years).
ICU or high-acuity experience preferred; strong Med/Surg background considered.
Licensure:
Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if relocating).
Education:
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS required within 30 days of hire.
TNCC or CCRN required within 1 year of hire.
