Job Summary

Position Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and analytical End-Of-Life Vehicle Dismantling Analyst to support our Circular Economy initiatives within Company North America (Mopar). Reporting to the Recycling Manager - Circular Economy this role will focus on evaluating auctioned vehicles for parts harvesting optimizing resale margins and collaborating with salvage yards and dismantlers. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in vehicle auctions salvage yard operations and used parts market valuation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze auctioned vehicles to identify high-value parts for harvesting and resale.
- Evaluate used parts market trends to guide margin optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with salvage yards and dismantlers to streamline vehicle dismantling processes.
- Support recycling and reuse initiatives by identifying parts with high recovery potential.
- Maintain databases of vehicle models part values and auction performance metrics.
- Provide insights to the Recycling Manager to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments related to vehicle end-of-life processing.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the salvage yard vehicle dismantling or used parts sales industry.
- Strong understanding of vehicle auction processes and salvage yard operations.
- Expertise in used parts market valuation and resale margin optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in automotive technology Business or related field preferred.
