Roles and Responsibilities
Perform mold surface and root plate maintenance duties.
Perform PMM on all mold/web mold equipment
Fabricate tooling/equipment
Assist in the installation and training of fabricated tooling/equipment.
Assist in the relocation of existing molds
Assist with creating necessary documents for all equipment introductions
Assist Engineering/CI/Maintenance teams on project related tooling/equipment
Assist GILs and/or Industrialization teams on technology implementation and/or new mold installations
Cleaning of plant equipment using dry ice blasting system and/or other cleaning methods
Create and maintain silicone used for web molding
Required Qualifications
Certifications in Laminate Repair Gelcoat Repair Crane aerial Lift and PIT Certifications.
Must wear the appropriate PPE and follow all health and safety instructions and dispose of chemicals appropriately.
Maintenance and/or fabrication knowledge.
Must be able to use hand tools power tools welders torches etc.
Must be able to read/decipher blueprints/drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Desired Characteristics
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Composites Commercial construction or auto-body preferred.
Position Shift: Sat-Mon 5:00am-5:30pm
