Role Overview
The Network Service Delivery Manager (SDM) is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of network services to customers in line with agreed SLAs KPIs and contractual commitments. This role acts as the primary interface between the customer operations teams and vendors to ensure service stability continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction.
Service Delivery & Operations
. Oversee end-to-end network service delivery (LAN WAN SD-WAN Wireless Firewall Cloud connectivity).
. Ensure SLA adherence and proactive incident problem and change management.
. Drive service reviews (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with customers.
. Monitor KPIs MTTR availability and performance metrics.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
. Serve as the primary escalation point for network-related issues.
. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
. Present service reports and improvement plans.
. Manage customer expectations and contractual commitments.
Incident & Problem Management
. Ensure timely resolution of P1/P2 incidents.
. Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reviews.
. Implement corrective and preventive actions.
Financial & Commercial Management
. Track revenue margins and service costs.
. Support contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
. Manage vendor performance and cost optimization.
Governance & Compliance
. Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and security policies.
. Maintain audit readiness and documentation.
. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
. 812 years of experience in Network Operations / Service Delivery.
. Strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies.
. Experience managing large enterprise or multi-site environments.
. Knowledge of ITIL framework (ITIL certification preferred).
. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
. Experience working with global teams (24x7 operations).
. Ensure tickets assigned to the queue are accepted and worked on time
