About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect to lead solution design and enterprise-scale marketing implementations. This role requires strong architecture skills integration expertise and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations
• Design scalable and high-performance contact data models
• Architect multi-business unit environments and cross-brand setups
• Define data extension strategy segmentation frameworks and retention policies
• Lead integration architecture with CRM platforms including Salesforce Service Cloud
• Define integration patterns using APIs middleware and event-driven architecture
• Architect omnichannel marketing solutions across Email SMS Push Advertising and Web
• Establish identity resolution and customer unification strategies
• Define governance compliance and security frameworks
• Conduct solution design workshops and technical discovery sessions
• Create high-level and low-level design documentation
• Provide technical mentorship to developers and campaign teams
• Review code quality performance optimization and architectural alignment
• Define DevOps strategy and release management process
• Guide data migration and legacy system transition strategies
• Evaluate scalability and performance for high-volume campaigns
• Align marketing technology roadmap with long-term business strategy

Skills and attributes for success

• Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and modules
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns
• Experience designing large-scale marketing automation ecosystems
• Expertise in data modelling identity resolution and governance
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Developer certifications preferred
• Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Data Cloud and enterprise CDPs
• Knowledge of AI-driven segmentation and predictive personalization
• Experience in multi-org or global implementations
• Familiarity with cloud security and compliance standards
