Job Description:

We are searching for a self-driven highly motivated Medical Affairs Intern Immunology Dermatology and Rheumatology based in Toronto ON Canada. Estimated timeframe: May - December 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support development and implementation of digital medical affairs engagement tactics

  • Provide project management support for various medical affairs and cross-functional activities

  • Assist with the development of scientifically balanced presentations and materials

  • Support coordination of publications and medical writing to contribute to evidence dissemination activities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of local evidence generation activities

  • Coordinate medical pre- and post-congress activities by tracking key data presentations

  • Assist with the departments effort to operationalize and improve critical departmental processes

  • Be an active member of the therapeutic area Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams

  • Support development and execution of Medical Education Plan for relevant health care providers audiences

Education:

  • University degree in Life Sciences or related discipline is required

  • Current enrollment in a graduate degree program (PhD or MSc) or a professional degree program (PharmD) is preferred

  • Preference for candidates in final phase of completion of post-graduate degree

Experience and Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong research and critical-thinking skills

  • Strong learning agility

  • Proven project management and organization skills

  • Problem-solver

  • Knowledge of Immunology therapeutic area would be an asset

$22.00/hr to $32.00/hr

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Business Roles: The base pay for this position is Second Year $22.00/hr Third Year $23.50/hr Fourth Year $24.50/hr Masters degree $27.00/hr.
