What success looks like in this role:

• Support assigned applications and system components using technical and procedural expertise
• Contribute to the design development and delivery of system features
• Participate in design discussions and help define technical solutions
• Assist with estimation of effort resources and timelines
• Support migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
• Develop and execute unit and system testing ensuring secure coding practices
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing and new system features
• Document processes and best practices
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required:

• 24 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience
• Experience with Integration Hub REST/SOAP APIs webhooks and scripted integrations
• Proficiency with Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions and Client Scripts
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Strong problem-solving communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

Preferred:

• ServiceNow CSA and/or Application Developer certification
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of JavaScript Glide Script and modern web technologies
• Experience integrating with platforms like Azure AD Workday SAP or similar
