What you will do
Lead large-scale complex technology programs involving multiple engineering teams diverse technology domains and significant organizational impact
Drive end-to-end program delivery across globally distributed teams ensuring alignment between engineering product and business stakeholder
Define and execute program strategy governance delivery frameworks and operating models to support scalable execution across multiple initiatives
Oversee planning and coordination of interconnected projects contributing to enterprise digital and eCommerce solutions
Ensure consistent execution and integration across programs managing dependencies risks and delivery challenges
Drive delivery of high-quality digital solutions that generate measurable business value and support the companys global technology strategy
Establish and evolve program management standards processes and best practices across globally distributed teams
Provide executive-level visibility into program health progress and strategic outcomes while enabling informed decision-making
What youll bring:
Bachelors degree required; Computer Science Engineering or a related field preferred
8 years of experience leading complex program and project delivery for enterprise-scale software initiatives
Proven experience implementing enterprise software solutions in fast-paced global environments
Experience leading complex problem resolution and aligning multiple technology initiatives into cohesive digital and eCommerce solutions
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to guide strategy and execution
Experience defining and tracking program performance metrics and delivering executive-level insights on portfolio and program health
Proven ability to drive operational excellence process improvements and scalable program management practices
Experience managing enterprise portfolios including planning prioritization resource allocation and risk management
PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
Agile certification and strong understanding of SAFe or enterprise Agile frameworks required
5 years of experience in eCommerce or distribution domain environments
Strong understanding of Agile development practices and modern software delivery (e.g. CI/CD incremental delivery backlog management metrics)
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Confluence or similar collaboration platforms
Solid understanding of SDLC enterprise software architecture and large-scale system implementations
Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and modern development practices
Working knowledge of enterprise data environments and common database platforms (e.g. SQL Oracle BigQuery)
