Job Summary
Were Looking for a Detail-Obsessed Inventory and Purchasing Clerk!
Do you have a knack for keeping track of every little item Are you a master of organization and efficiency If so Capital Tower & Communications Waverly NE is looking for an Inventory and Purchasing Clerk to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the warehouse organization.
- Forklift Operation
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and terms for purchasing
- Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation of purchases
- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill supply needs and resolve any issues
- Use tools such as Facebook Marketplace. Ebay and other avenues to sell vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inventory management or purchasing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
