Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support day to day operations by performing maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment forklifts company trucks and facility systems. This role is ideal for a hands-on safety-driven technician with strong mechanical abilities and a background in general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics repairs and preventive maintenance on forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Conduct basic to advanced maintenance on company trucks (gas and diesel)
Maintain and repair warehouse facility systems including:
- Dock doors
- Loading docks
- Racking
- Lighting
- Plumbing
- Minor electrical
Perform routine inspections to minimize equipment and facility downtime
Troubleshoot mechanical hydraulic and electrical issues
Maintain accurate maintenance records and report major repair needs
Follow all company safety standards and OSHA regulations

Requirements

Proven experience repairing forklifts and industrial equipment
Background in truck maintenance with gas/diesel engine knowledge
General warehouse/facility maintenance experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
Valid driver s license (CDL a plus but not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform work in a warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification
Welding experience
Electrical or HVAC experience
Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting
