El equipo de operaciones financieras contabilidad y análisis de Amazon es un entorno dinámico y ofrecer excelentes experiencias a nuestros clientes es la máxima prioridad.
Key job responsibilities
El Analista de Nómina será responsable de las actividades de cierre de fin de mes para múltiples cuentas la preparación de conciliaciones mensuales/trimestrales/anuales.
Este puesto será clave en el apoyo al liderazgo contable en todos los aspectos de contabilidad financiera sistemas de informes procedimientos y políticas.
En el frente de control el Analista de Nómina se asegurará de que todos los procesos cumplan con las normas contables respectivas.
Este puesto también jugará un papel importante en la promoción del desarrollo de sistemas/procesos dentro de los departamentos para garantizar la eficiencia continua y las mejoras de control.
El candidato seleccionado tendrá un fuerte deseo de innovar procesos y superar las expectativas en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.
- 12 years of hands-on payroll processing experience including data entry payroll runs and reconciliation of payroll records
- Familiarity with end-to-end payroll cycles (weekly bi-weekly or monthly) including timesheet validation deductions and net pay calculations
- Basic knowledge of payroll tax withholdings social security contributions and statutory deductions applicable to local labor law
- Ability to identify and escalate payroll discrepancies or errors in a timely mannerKnowledge in SAP Payroll or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables data validation) and other MS Office tools
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential employee compensation and personal data with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
- Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet recurring payroll deadlines
- - Deep Knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labor law
- - Familiar with payroll software (SAP Peoplesoft Sharepoint Workday ADP software and T&A systems)
