HSE Specialist

Deep HSE Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of process safety occupational safety environmental compliance and leading/lagging KPI frameworks.
Enterprise HSE Systems Experience : Working knowledge of platforms such as SAP (EHS) Enablon etc.
Data Integration Understanding: Experience with ETL pipelines API integrations and harmonizing data from multiple siloed source systems.
Data Governance & Quality Controls : Ability to establish validation and auditability frameworks for HSE datasets.
AI-Driven Safety Analytics : Application of predictive modelling and NLP to generate actionable safety insights with explainability.
HSE Maturity & Health Index Modelling : Designing structured scoring frameworks to assess organizational HSE performance.
Visualization & Dashboard Strategy : Translating complex data into executive and operational dashboards with drill-down analytics.
Cross-Functional Workstream Leadership : Managing HSE IT and operations stakeholders in structured delivery governance.
Consulting Delivery : Strong program governance milestone tracking and value realization focus
