Job Summary
International company based in the West Palm Beach area is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role has real visibility collaborating directly with the Controller and CFO while helping shape the financial operations of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full-cycle accounting functions (GL reconciliations month-end close)
- Prepare and review accurate GAAP-compliant financial statements
- Mentor and supervise accounting staff
- Partner with leadership on reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and executive leadership
- Play a key role in audit coordination and process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accrual-based accounting
