At PwC our people in business services and support focus on providing efficient and effective administrative support to enable smooth operations within the organisation. This includes managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.

Those in operations and strategy at PwC will track manage and report on strategic initiatives and this role you will support leaders by handling key responsibilities representing their point of view in meetings and decisions and anticipating their future needs. Additionally you will organise leadership team calls and meetings oversee research and data analysis promote consistent execution across sectors and collaborate across lines of service for knowledge sharing and promoting technology/tools for sales and delivery.

About the role

Based in the Philippines working directly with SEAC Commercial Team and closely with the SEAC Clients and Markets Team this unique role provides direct exposure to the regional: C-Suite Leadership Partnership group Industry and Clientleads with the goal of furthering SEACs regional commercial agenda

You will help develop andexecute uponkey parts of the firms pricing strategy working collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the organization. Including:

Conductjob reviews of strategic high value projects ensuring adherence to commercial pricing and delivery best practice
Ensuring that all financial matters are addressed efficiently and promptly by tracking andmonitoringthat financial health of the engagement
Supporting Partners and the Pricing team price across the breadth of service propositions that PwC Consulting offers underpinned by robust commercial analysis driving profitable growth
Support the build of relevant commercial tools and templates to driveappropriate self-serve functionality across teams toultimately improvefirms pricing effectiveness
Propose and implement improvements to processes or tools including any establishment of a service team to support SEAC teams.
Help deliver training to uplift pricing capability across business teams
Collaborate with various client and internal teams to improve pricing and profitability across the firm

About you

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to apply a commercial lens to in-flight projects
Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
Comfortable with difficult conversations and confrontation even with senior employees and Partners
Self-starter mentality who is comfortable working with ambiguity
Advanced technicalexpertisewith Excel or Google Sheets
Able to make connections between complex data sets
Sound financial competence such as accounting and profitability measures
Strongorganisationmultitaskingand time management skills
Excellent writing communication and presentation skills in English other languages a bonus
Ability to build customized commercial collateral pricingtoolsand templates

Additional Desired Skills

6 years experience working within a professional environment preferably with exposure to Consulting or other project related work

Bachelors degree or higher from a local and/or overseas university pursuing a degree in: BusinessStrategyor a related field
