Job Summary
Do you have a passion for great customer service and a keen interest in sports and gaming
Were looking for a friendly confident Sports Betting Host to help deliver a fresh and exciting sports viewing and betting experience at Grosvenor Casino.
What youll be doing:
- Welcoming and supporting customers invenue
- Processing bets accurately and compliantly
- Helping customers use betting terminals and understand odds
- Creating a clean wellpresented and engaging environment
- Keeping up to date with sporting events and promotions
If youre personable enthusiastic and enjoy working with people in a fastpaced environment wed love to hear from you.
Qualifications :
Outside of having strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers youll need to possess good numeracy skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
As the first point of contact for our customers youll also have previous customer facing experience and effective communication skills to help create a welcoming and supportive environment in our betting shop.
The role will include evenings nights & weekends to cover all sporting events for our customers.
