Junior Payment Operations Associate (mfd) near Venlo

About Your Tasks:

• Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions in our financial systems

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across various payment methods

• Identify investigate and flag discrepancies or settlement differences

• Support the resolution of payment-related issues in collaboration with senior team members

• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all payment processes

• Prepare regular reports on payment volumes performance and status

• Act as a first point of contact for internal payment-related inquiries

• Support testing and implementation of new payment methods and system improvements

Qualifications :

About you:

• Completed commercial training (e.g. kaufmännische Ausbildung) or a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field

• First practical experience in Accounting Finance Treasury or Payment Operations (e.g. internship or working student role) is a plus

• Basic understanding of accounting principles

• Strong attention to detail and a structured reliable way of working

• Comfortable working with Excel and financial systems

• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Fluent in German and confident in basic English
