We are looking for a maternity cover who can join us as of May 1st 2026 for app. 12 months.
Your new role
As a Senior HR Business Partner you will become part of our HR community. With your knowledge and experience for the right support for the growth of our company you will help us to significantly invest in our employees constantly improve the level of HR Business partnering impact and become the most attractive employer in our industry with a strong culture innovation and bright minds.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- You will be a sparring partner for directors/senior directors and form an integral part of their management teams and operate on selected strategic HR priorities.
- You will support both the Market HR Director and the geography Head of HR delivering on the people plans in both directions.
- Build trust and establish a close professional relationship with people managers Act proactively as a consultant for managers in all HR matters
- You will proactively identify business challenges and translate these needs into actions in your own remit and share these with the wider HR community where it seems most relevant and adds value for the wider collaboration.
- Take responsibility for the execution of our annual HR cycle with a focus on the business strategic impacting value
- Represent the needs and requirements of your business area(s); actively support them and guide them towards growth.
- Participation in acquisition projects and post-merger integration if required.
- Work in a matrix structure and move confidently between multiple stakeholders.
- Conduct data and situation analysis and develop a proactive improvement and solution approach from HR to business.
- Ongoing collaboration with People Advisory team Talent Acquisition team and all other relevant HR or non-HR support functions.
About you
- A relevant masters degree and background
- Several years of experience from different HR roles and at least 2 years of experience from a similar HRBP role from preferably a larger complex knowledge-intensive company
- A structured working style and ability to keep an overview and prioritise in a busy and demanding working environment
- Work proactively with high energy and can effectively handle many tasks and deliveries in a complex business environment
- A good sense of humour and can work both independently and in teams
- Strong communication skills and good at building relationships with great impact both in relation to people and organisational changes
- Demonstrated business integrity deep HR insights cognitive empathy and business acumen
- Ability to build/maintain constructive professional relationships with your internal customers
- Fluent in German and English - verbally and in writing
