Job Summary
Skill Requirement Medium level process complexity processing or analytical skills in more complex environments Low level of discretion and decision making within a decision framework Mostly rules based processing but with some judgement applied Able to follow standard processes but understand variations from process i.e BS Recs Ability to meet tight deadlinesRoles and Responsibilities Reading and interpreting of incoming documents/emails. Analyse the request and identifying the correct procedure to be followed Accurately process the transaction within the required TAT & Quality Process work using a variety of different computer applications depending on the request to the required standard Expected to write scenario based emails/letters to customers in response to the queries/requests received from Customers
