Job Summary

- 设立区域工作计划和目标带领团队完成区域销售指标
- 为代表制定目标和分配指标
- 辅导管理和帮助下属分析业务做好计划
- 主导下属的招聘和培训
- 评估下属的工作表现帮助制定个性化的发展计划
- 管理和分配销售资源
- 筛选发展和保留区域内目标医院
- 高质量执行报告系统确保区域内市场信息的及时反馈
- 组织安排推广活动和销售活动
- 及时支持代表解决销售问题计划和执行与代表的协同拜访辅导和发展员工
- 与内外部客户建立良好关系发展和保留KOL
- 上级主管安排的其他任务
- 遵循商业行为准则合法合理开展业务活动
Qualifications :
任职条件
- 本科及以上学历医药/医疗器材相关专业优先
- 2年以上外资制药公司销售管理经验
- 良好的专业知识和销售技巧具备业务计划和分析能力
- 具备领导力和影响力
- 沟通能力强善于谈判
- 对医药市场有较好的理解和把握
- 能够承受压力
