Position Summary

Join Canadas largest research hospital University Health Network (UHN) as a People & Culture (P&C) Support Specialist and play a key role in enhancing the employee experience. As part of the newly established Onboarding & Service Delivery Team you will serve as the first point of contact for TeamUHN members providing timely accurate and empathetic support on P&C programs policies and this role you will manage inquiries across multiple channels resolve support tickets end-to-end and deliver Tier 1 troubleshooting for HR systems such as Workday and UKG. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing trends developing knowledge resources and collaborating with cross-functional teams all while leveraging KPIs and SLAs to drive high-quality data-informed service delivery.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or college diploma in Human Resources Business Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 13 years of experience in Human Resources technical support or customer service.
  • Experience troubleshooting HR systems such as HRIS applicant tracking or learning management systems.
  • Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-demand environment while meeting service level agreements.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Creative thinker with confidence to propose and execute innovative solutions and enhancements.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Teams).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Workday UKG or healthcare environments is an asset.
  • Previous experience in a call center setting and an HR Generalist background are assets.
