Job Summary
What youll do
- Record and process general ledger journal entries.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging manage invoices and track outstanding payments.
- Support accounts payable prepare payments and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
- Review of expense reports and other cost items as required.
- Assist with month-end and year-end; prepare monthly accrual entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Participate in the activities and projects of the Finance team.

- Ability to analyse P&L statements apply timeliness and accuracy in recording and reporting
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills in English
- Analytical approach with good eye for detail
- Strong strategic planning
- Ability to build rapport with other colleagues managers Head Chef and suppliers and maintain strong relationships
- Strong Excel skills; intermediate to advanced level
- Someone with a hands-on outgoing pro-active approach; taking personal responsibility and initiative to prevent or resolve problems
- You like detail a lot of detail
